For the postage of clusters, please ensure the box you are sending the cluster in can be re-used otherwise there will be an additional fee. Make sure the cluster is well packed in bubble wrap. The average cost of posting a cluster is around $25, I will not post cluster back until payment has cleared. Please remember that it may take up to a week to receive your cluster back. Also please download and print the Cluster Repair Form. Fill in all the details that you can and send that with your cluster. This helps to speed up the processing of your cluster. The cluster fits in quite nice in a standard 40cm x 20cm x 18cm mailing box which cost $2.50 and can be used to resend cluster back to you otherwise a fee of a new box will be requested. Here are the details required for payment and delivery of Window Switches etc. Please remember to pack the items carefully in bubble wrap. I take no repsonsibility for damaged products.

For cluster odometer reprogramming you will need to complete and get signed a Statutory Declaration, stating the reason for a change to the odometer.  The stat dec can be downloaded from the link below.

For window switches I generally suggest people use Express Post as its fast and tracked.(500g Satchels are good for swicthes). Please include a self addressed satchel or similar for me to return your items. The turnaround for most items is about 2-3days depending on when I receive the switches and where you live.
